Chapter No. 106 is actively represented on the Advisory Committee of the California Business Properties Association (CBPA) by our Legislative Chairperson, Nancy Johnson.

Through CBPA, IREM Chapter 106 is able to recommend the Governor's signature in favor of those bills benefiting our industry and also is able to ask the Governor to veto those bills which negatively affect the real estate industry.
