In early 1993, a small group of CPM Members, CPM Candidates, ARM Participants, and others began meeting for breakfast at the San Bernardino Hilton Hotel. These people, all in the real estate management business, were interested in networking together and discussing issues unique to the Inland Empire region of Southern California.
